Position Overview:
: We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and spearhead client acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. If you are a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of UAE business setup processes, this role is for you. As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind lead generation, client onboarding, and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in advising entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs on the best business setup solutions while ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales Strategy:
Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Consultative Selling – Conduct strategic consultations to understand client needs and offer tailored business setup solutions (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
Pipeline Management – Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Sales Target Achievement – Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Negotiation & Deal Closing – Build strong value propositions, negotiate terms, and secure contracts effectively.

    Client Advisory & Relationship Management:

    • Business Setup Advisory – Provide expert guidance on UAE business formation, licensing, compliance, and visa processes.

    • Government Liaison – Assist clients in obtaining licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals from relevant UAE authorities.
    • Client Retention & Upselling – Develop long-term relationships and introduce additional corporate services (PRO services, office solutions, financial advisory).
    • Post-Sales Support – Ensure smooth onboarding and continued assistance with renewals, amendments, and compliance matters.

    Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

    • Stay updated on UAE business regulations, tax laws, and government policies affecting business formation.
    • Recommend new business strategies and innovative solutions to stay ahead in the competitive market. .

    Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to optimize the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and client data to track performance.
  • Participate in networking events, business forums, and industry expos to enhance brand
  • presence.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales preferably from business consulting/corporate services.
    • Strong ability to persuade, close deals, and maximize revenue.
    • Deep understanding of UAE business setup landscape, Free Zones, and corporate regulations.
    • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
    • Strong initiative to meet targets and exceed expectations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of the UAE market and willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings.
