Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and
execute our marketing strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive the marketing
vision, create impactful campaigns, and enhance the IRHA Businessmen Services brand presence
across digital, print, and traditional media channels in the UAE market. Your role will directly
influence the company's growth and market positioning in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the
company's growth objectives and business goals.
• Define key marketing KPIs and measurable goals to track ROI and effectiveness.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and trends to drive business growth
in the UAE’s competitive business services sector.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the UAE regulatory environment and ensure marketing
strategies comply with local laws and market norms.
Brand Development & Positioning:
• Oversee the development of the IRHA Businessmen Services brand, ensuring consistent
messaging, voice, and visual identity across all channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine brand positioning and establish a
competitive edge in the market.
• Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients to foster brand loyalty and
advocacy.

Digital Marketing Excellence:
• Lead the development and optimization of the digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, content
marketing, email campaigns, and social media marketing) to increase lead generation and
brand visibility.
• Analyze customer behavior and data analytics to refine digital marketing strategies and
improve conversions.
• Oversee the execution of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads,
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and implement best practices to
optimize performance.
Content Strategy & Communication:
• Create engaging, client-focused content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs,
social media, email newsletters, and advertisements.
• Develop thought leadership content and position IRHA Businessmen Services as a trusted
advisor in the business setup space.
• Maintain and elevate the company’s online reputation and presence through effective PR
strategies, media relations, and influencer collaborations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring professional
growth and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and operations, to
align marketing initiatives with business development efforts.
• Build strong working relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure
smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Data-Driven Marketing & Reporting:
• Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and market
trends.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on marketing activities, budgets,
and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, adjusting
tactics to achieve desired results.
Event Planning & Community Engagement:
• Lead the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences that promote IRHA
Businessmen Services to targeted stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with the business community, industry influencers, and partners to
increase brand exposure and credibility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a lead marketing role, preferably within the UAE or the Middle East
region.
• Proven track record in B2B marketing, with expertise in business setup, professional services,
or corporate services.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing,
and performance analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the UAE business ecosystem and customer behaviors within the
region.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media
management platforms, and design software.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a hands-on approach to solving challenges and seizing
opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Desirable Traits:
• A deep understanding of UAE’s legal and regulatory landscape, especially in relation to
business incorporation, visas, and government services.
• Established network within the UAE business community and an understanding of the
region’s cultural nuances.
