Public Relations Officer
Job Title: Public Relations Officer

Position Overview:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all
governmental procedures and requirements. The role involves liaising with various government
departments, main land/free zone related authorities, and private organizations to manage visa applications,
trade license renewals, employee documentation, and other public relations tasks efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Government Liaison:
• Manage all interactions with government entities, including Ministry of Labor,
Immigration Department, DED, and Dubai Municipality.
• Facilitate timely submission of applications for employee visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs,
and other necessary permits.
Trade License and Compliance:
• Oversee renewal, updates, and amendments to the company's trade license and commercial
registration.
•Ensure compliance with all UAE regulations and legal standards.
Documentation and Records:
• Process and maintain accurate records of employee visas, work permits, and other official
documentation.

Employee Support:
• Guide employees through visa and ID application procedures.
• Address queries related to labor laws, visa statuses, and other government-related issues.
Corporate Representation:
• Act as the company representative for official matters with governmental and regulatory
authorities.
• Handle attestation of documents, certifications, and approvals required for business
operations.
Process Optimization:
• Continuously improve PRO-related processes to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
Other Duties:
• Stay updated with changes in government laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Assist in resolving any compliance issues or disputes with governmental authorities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred but
not mandatory).
• Minimum 3-5 years of PRO experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Proven knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in handling online government portals such as MOHRE, DED, and DubaiNow.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail.
