Roles & Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
    Promote IRHA's services, ensuring our solutions align with client needs.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Analyze sales data to track team performance and generate insightful reports.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferably from business consulting/corporate services industry.
    • Deep understanding of UAE business setup landscape, Free Zones, and corporate regulations.
    • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of the UAE market and willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings.
