The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operational activities, coordinating between various departments, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of business activities.
    • Coordinate with clients to manage inquiries, process requests, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Manage end-to-end processes for company formation, licensing, visa applications, and renewals.
    • Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with UAE laws.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all business services.
    • Monitor workflow and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team regarding operational performance.
    • Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various functions.
    • Support the sales team in onboarding new clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Stay updated with changes in local regulations and business practices.

    Qualifications and Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
    • 0-1 year (home country experience can also be considered) of experience in backend operations role in business consulting/banking industry.
    • Knowledge of UAE business setup processes, visa regulations, and government portals (e.g., DED, MOFAIC, GDRFA) is added advantage.

    Preferred Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
